Do you provide free sample and how to get it?

Yes,free sample is provided(Except for high value products) and you may contact us (send us email or fill the form) to get a free sample.

Is there any discount?

Yes, all of our products will have some discount by order quantity, please contact us at info@haiyaninternational.com for details.

What about the order delivery?

  • Sample order:within 2 days after the payment is received from factory
  • Bulk order: confirm with customers before order
  • Customized products order: confirm with customers before order

What about the shipping methods?

  • 1-50kg: By courier (door to door service): Fedex, DHL, TNT, EMS. It normally takes about 3-7 days.
  • More than 50kg:By air (port to port): It normally takes about 3-7 days.
  • More than 50kg By sea (port to port): It normally takes about 7-35 days. (Depends on your destination).

What’s your payment terms?

T/T advance by bank & Western Union is accepted and other payment terms need to be applied for approval.
